Annelisa Guries
An avid chamber music collaborator and orchestral musician based in the Washington, DC area, Annelisa Guries earned her Master of Music degree in Viola Performance and Literature at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY. She is a member of and personnel manager for Great Noise Ensemble, the ensemble in residence for the Washington chapter of the American Composers Forum and the new music ensemble-in-residence at Catholic University of America. She has performed with the Virginia Symphony Orchestra, Virginia Opera, Alexandria Symphony Orchestra. As a member of the University of Wisconsin-Madison Symphony Orchestra, she toured Spain and performed in a nationally televised concert in Madrid.
