The Congress is the mid-Atlantic region's hottest party band.  With solid grooves ranging from today's R&B to the throwback jams of yesteryear, The Congress rivals any Club DJ by playing endless medleys.  When the band takes the stage, the music doesn't stop, and the dance floor never clears.
